Purpose

To find peace in time of challenge whether it be financial, economies, politics and a family matter or just having things not go our way is possible.


Overview

Looking for the best in a situation is one to accomplish this. Everything is always in balance when we have enough positive energy. Times of challenge are an opportunity for us grow. Increase our awareness and widening our perspective helps reduce perceived stress. Find the way to see the good that is shining through everything. Our monthly mental well being support program called "Mindful Minutes for Peace" can help members and Myanmar people to find peace within yourself and during challenges.


Results

Long term practice of mindfulness benefits through changes in brain function and structure. Through mindful living practices, we can find happiness, joy, & meaning in our lives. Mindful living can help us to find more happiness, joy and meaning in our life. If greater well-being isn't enough of an incentive, scientists have discovered that mindfulness techniques help improve physical health in a number of ways.


Recommendations

Mindfulness can: help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, , improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties.
