Claudia Sheridan became fascinated with everything Internet-related in the mid-90s. Since 1998, she's played an integral part in educating Entrepreneurs about eCommerce and marketing through instructor-led and online courses delivered at the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management and the University of Phoenix. She is the Author of The Ultimate Guide To Getting Started With Social Media: What every small business owner should know, has earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School Of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations.
Claudia is the founder of Small Business Breakthrough, a small boutique agency catering to entrepreneurs, and a Certified Partner of Infusionsoft. She is also the Be Social Columnist for elite Magazine, a proud member of the Social Media Marketing Society and the Social Media Club of Los Angeles and, has received certifications in Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing, and Community Management. She is an alumna of the Santa Clarita Valley Jaycees, the Pomona Valley Jaycees, is a past State President of JCI California, and holds the distinction of Junior Chamber International Senator #70523.

Trainer: Angela Clock
Angela M. Clock has been a member of JCI since July 2004. Angela has served on the board of JCI Michigan as the 2010 Region D Director, 2011 Community Development Vice President, 2012 Management Vice President, 2014 Executive Presidential Assistant, and 2017 Elections Chair. She is 2018 JCI USA TOYA Program Manager and 2018 JCI Partnership Committee Member from the Americas.
Angela has been the recipient of 6 JCI Michigan presidential medallions. She is the 2009 JCI Michigan and JCI USA Master Speak Up Winner, 2011 JCI Michigan and JCI USA Dennis Hamilton Memorial Award. She is a 10th Degree Jaycee.
Angela graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology and Political Science.She received her Master of Public Administration Degree from Western Michigan University, with a focus on Nonprofit Leadership and Administration. She is the Executive Director of the Michigan Primary Care Consortium, a nonprofit focused on knowledge exchange in order to provide more efficient and quality health care.

Trainer: Justin Wutzke
When Justin is asked about what he does for a living, he tells people, “I make ideas become a reality”. A graduate of Montana State University’s well-known graphic arts program, Justin has spent his career creating unique pieces that tell a story in a beautiful, and often unexpected, way. His eye for the extraordinary supports his professional endeavors as an entrepreneur, owner and freelance graphic designer with WUTZpossible. That same eye for creativity led Justin to become one of the founding members of the Billings Jaycees in 2009. Already a vibrant and energetic professional himself, he saw the need for new opportunities, networking and mentorship for young professionals in his community.
Living by the motto ‘Make Your Own Luck’, Justin has added to his Jaycees story by serving as the Billings Jaycees Marketing/Membership VP (2009-2010), Billings Jaycees President (2011), Montana Jaycees Secretary/Newsletter Editor (2012), Montana Jaycees President (2013), Montana Jaycees Chairman of the Board (2014), JCI USA National Program Manager for the “Shoot for Success” campaign (2014), JCI USA National Vice President (2015), JCI USA Chief of Staff/Communications Committee Chair (2016), JCI USA National Advocacy Coordinator (2017) and currently the Membership Development Director for JCI USA. Justin has spent countless hours and energy working within the Jaycees organization at every level. He has learned the processes and best practices of the organization, and has really grasped the big picture of what a full Jaycees experience can do for an individual. He is constantly working with chapters and members to help spark their passion and inspire them to tackle their goals and aspirations in life.

Trainer: Mike Dietz
Mike Dietz has been involved with JCI USA since 1998. Mike has served as 2006 Chapter President for the Dallas Junior Chamber (membership > 100). He was 2005 Dallas Board Member of the Year when he was VP of Individual Development.He served on the USJC Metro board in 2007, Texas Jaycees board in 2013, 2013 President of the Dallas JC Foundation and liaison for the Texas Senate in 2016. In 2011, he became a JCI Senator (#70497).
Mike is a JCI certified trainer and also trains his own courses, including history.
Mike founded the Five Outstanding Young Dallasites.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in industry with two master degrees (SMU in Dallas) and two bachelors (with honors) from UK/NKU in Kentucky.
Effective Communication: Crafting Your Message
Trainer: Adam Bonarek
Adam Bonarek is a Partner with the Coeus Creative Group based in Livonia, MI, where he works with a wide-range of clients, from non-profits to political campaigns, academic institutions, and corporations. Adam has presented keynote sessions and workshops throughout the United States and in over a dozen countries throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Mr. Bonarek gave a keynote address at the United Nations on engaging millennials as part of the World Youth Day conference presented by the United Nations and AIESEC International, and was recently recognized with a Proclamation of Gratitude from the City of San Cristobal de Las Casas, Mexico.
In 2015, Adam was elected as a JCI Vice President assigned to the Americas, serving as a goodwill ambassador from JCI to the members, leaders, and influencers who are working to inspire and effect positive change throughout the world. He currently holds elected office as a Township Trustee for his hometown of Redford and has held leadership positions with several area and regional non-profits. A lecturer at Wayne State University, Adam holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
Trainer: Breana Orland
Breana is a soon to be Speech Language Pathologist. Since beginning her career as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, Breana has worked with children and adults with varying disabilities in both the school and private settings. Breana has been a member of the San Fernando Valley Jaycees for five years. In that time she has chaired and helped in the planning of multiple projects and held various board positions. For the last three years, Breana has held positions at the state level including Membership Director and Acting State President. Outside of the Jaycees, Breana has been an active member of the Residential Student Association at Sonoma State University traveling to represent her university at regional and national conferences, was a Founding Member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda Leadership Honors Society at Sonoma State University, and has been on the planning committee for Relay for Life in both Northern and Southern California. She is currently the 2018 California State President.

Trainer: Lester Vannasdall
Les Vannasdall joined JCI USA in 2013 with the MO Riverbend chapter. The following year, he transferred to MO Portageville where he learned what the Jaycees has to offer and what he can contribute to the organization. Les spent numerous hours developing and chairing projects, including their signature project Portageville Community Day. He served on the State Team as 2015 Region Director, 2016 and 2017 State Vice President. This year, he is “Paving the Way” for Missouri Jaycees as the 97th State President.
Trainer: Neil Fitzgerald
Neil joined JCI USA in 2012 after moving from the UK to work for Princess Cruises. A former city council member, Neil has served on a number of nonprofit boards in the UK and in California. He was elected a National Vice President for 2017 and currently serves as JCI USA Chapter Development Director.

Trainer: Billie Chapman
Billie Chapman joined the Sheridan, Wyoming Jaycees in 2013. She has served as Local Vice President of Management, Local President, State Executive Vice President, and is currently serving as State President of the Wyoming Jaycees. Billie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2005 and a Master of Social Work degree in 2008. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Veteran’s Health Administration and has served the Sheridan VA Health Care System since 2008. Billie loves reading, weekend adventures with her husband, and playing with their border collie and four ferrets.

Trainer: Margo Dirkson
Margo provides event planning and administrative support to the Crawford Alumni Center at Tennessee Tech University. She has a passion for education, supporting those who serve our country (Proud Air Force Sister,) volunteering and helping others. Margo developed her strong love for the Jaycees at Camp Discovery with the Cookeville Jaycees. She became a member and has been active on both state and national levels. She currently serves as the 2018 Tennessee State President. Margo is excited about making a positive impact and creating new opportunities to help and give back locally and beyond.
