Purpose

To provide a series of training to entrepreneurs for upskilling and re-skilling


Overview

We conducted a forum as a needs analysis with different types of entrepreneurs during the confinement. We concluded that women entrepreneurs were facing the most difficulties as they no longer had access to traditional selling spots such as market fairs. We therefore collaborated with Entreprendre au Feminin Ocean Indien to help them start e-commerce. We worked on the digital transition, buyer persona, branding and customer service.


Results

The women entrepreneurs were able to increase their sales using online tools such as Facebook and WhatApp. Having understood their buyer persona, they focused on their branding and products. They used postal services to deliver products and took on the customers' feedback to improve their processes. They successfully generated online sales.

1-Work on storytelling
2- Build an online platform to regroup all the products of the women entrepreneurs
3- Work on their digital literacy
