To teach participants how to be more mindful in their everyday lives and in turn help them deal with stress and negativity easier.
To also give a chance to JCI members to test their public speaking, presentation and workshop delivery skills and to also aid in recruitment of new members.
We delivered a 30 minute mindfulness theory session followed by practical tips, discussion and group meditation. Participants were very engaged and we even recruited 1 person after the event,
We had 25 participants all of whom took part in the workshop by asking questions and providing their own tips on mindfulness. It was a very positive experience both for the members and participants and we are planning on hosting such sessions at least once every quarter.
We need to promote the online events better to make sure we reach more people. We had great engagement not only in JCI Varna, but also from all across the country. Next time, we will start promoting it earlier.
