Purpose

Improve communication between the police and citizens, and positively improve their attitudes towards each other


Overview

Let the children with a bright future know that there is a bright future ahead and let them know how to protect themselves.
Improving the personal development of police officers.
Improve communication between police and citizens.


Results

- 200 police officers (86% of total police) in Darkhan-Uul aimag received personal development and health training on the second week of each month.Through this training, policeofficers will be able to improve your communication with your family over time, which will increase your productivity and your ability to communicate well with your clients.
- 130 children selected from 23 high schools, 27 social workers, and 12 staff members will work together to establish a sustainable system for the continuous dissemination of project results.
- 2780 police officers (in duplicated numbers), 5000-6200 numbers of police officers's family
- 12-30 victims of family violance
- 8000-10000 people in the Darkhan reacted on Poster /POLICE IS OUR FRIEND/ online
These are the people came to know the JCI in Darkhan. We hope spacially several high school students will be future JCI members
- Due to the insufficient waiting area of ​​the General Police Department of Darkhan province, people wait outside in cold weather and are frustrated because they do not have a place to sit. Create a comfortable environment for customers and improve communication


Recommendations

Statistics show that 20 percent of children who are victims of domestic violence in Mongolia are reported to the police.
Through this project, the number of people contacting the police will increase by three times, and the people will understand that the police are our friends.
