The objectives of the Leadership Training was to provide members of the Local organization with the tools necessary to effectively carry out their duties as well as to understand the importance of team work in any organization.


The Leadership Training session was a joint effort of JCI West Indies in collaboration with the Local Organization of JCI Antigua. National Vice President of JCI West Indies Senator Samuel Coates from the Local Chapter JCI Jamaica was the facilitator. The Senator delivered on the Topic " Building a High Performance Team". The session was very informative and provided to the needs of the members of the members as well as the three non JCI members who were present. The project was promoted via the print and electronic media with the hope if encouraging the public to participate. There was a tolal of 23 persons present.The session was deemed a great success and with a great level of interaction and question and answer.


To continue to provide trainind in Leadership and development to the members. Plan projects well ahead of time to allow for greater publicity and public participation.


Twenty Three JCI and Non JCI members were trained on how to effectively to perform as a team more so a high performance team.
