Education and Economic Empowerment

• To trigger our youth to become more expressive and develop their opinion based on good argumentation and facts.
• To provide opportunity for these youngsters to develop themselves.
• To empower the youngsters to be leaders

Often times we see that especially young people do not state their arguments to back up their thoughts, without becoming emotional and stay relevant, or many times you see that even though we have our own opinion about something, we do not know how to bring this forward. We are many times too passive, it is time to be more active and win over those arguments. All this, led to the initiative to organize a debating project that will engage the whole comunity of Curaçao.

Confident speakers, who can give tremendous presentation with good argument.
By being critical, by communicating effectively, and having good presentation skills, the participants acquire abilities that are of advantage to them for the future in their carreers.
The participants become leaders in our community and will accomplish their duties as active citizens.

Provide team building session for committee members and encourage to have good internal communication. Organize a kick off session at the beginning of the project for the participants, and a social event after the Youth Leadership session
