Recruitment and retention are two major ingredients to be taken on board for the sustainability of an organization and an enterprise. In the present environment, it becomes a necessity for organizations to develop strategies for retaining their best team members and for recruiting people with the same mindset and goals of the organization.

Even though we are a non-profitable organization, we do function like a real company. Mostly every action of the organization has a direct effect on members of the public, as well as members of the organization. The NGO is faced with recruitment as well as retention challenges at every step of the way.
The workshop was organised in line with JCI mission to contribute to the advancement of the community by providing the opportunity to people to develop leadership skills, social responsibility, fellowship and entrepreneurship which are necessary to create positive change. The workshop enabled members of JCI as well as their acquaintances to learn about different strategies related to the topic.
Recruitment and retention of members in NGOs. Tactics, Dos and Don’ts to attract new members and to retain existing ones.
The workshop attracted mostly board members and those who were directly linked to recruitment and retention tactics of JCI organisations. Most were in awe of the different tactics being presented by the trainer.
Most participants suggested to have one more session but on a larger scale.
