Overview

Many of us get into positions of influence be it in church or big organisations or even in the home with little knowledge on how to be a great leader or person of influence.
Though our survey we have discovered that most Leaders still feel that they could be better leaders through training and couching.
We engaged our JCI Kwekwe team and other young leader to figure out what exactly they would want to lean about leadership, and this gave life to our bootcamp and the topics of Choice.
The topics included Introduction to JCI, Power of Purpose Focused Leadership and JCI Impact

Results

11 people attended the Bootcamp and the courses where taught in a relaxed and intriguing manner.Members enjoyed staying inthe bush set up getting to mix and mingle with other members creating a bond amongst members.Members are yet to take their exam on the signature course JCI Impact.

Recommendations

Another bootcamp must be planned for inthe near future for more JCI signature courses.Bootcamps must be made as affordable as possible so that we have more numbers .Bootcamps must be extended to other Local Organisations to make the events more lively and foster relationships between Local Organisation.
