-To contribute to the global “waste management policies" by ensuring that materials considered as waste are recycled by recycling of society
-To touch the lives of all disadvantaged individuals in the national,
-To create spaces where they can work together for a social purpose bringing together disadvantaged individuals and individuals from other parts,
-And to raise awareness on maximum contribution with minimum consumption.


-In the first stage of the project, materials such as beads, toilet paper rolls, ribbons and jewelry that were not used in the houses of the association members and candidate members were collected.
-In cooperation with a cafe located in Karşıyaka, İzmir, gift packaging was made to the materials obtained in the cafe, and the jewelry was repaired or reconstructed.
-The jewelery was put in the toilet paper rolls and the rolls were turned into gift packages and decorated.
-The gifts were presented to the working women at Üniteks Textile on 8 March, International Women's Day.
-Thus, waste materials are recycled to provide a new area of use and to ensure that disadvantegeous women are happy.


-On March 8, International Women's Day, approximately 90 women workers were presented with jewelry.
-Waste materials obtained from the guests and members of the association were recycled and new usage areas were created.

-With the multiplier effect, the project has also created an awareness of the need for social work in individuals and increasing awareness across the country, emphasizing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and JCI vision-mission areas.


In order to raise awareness about waste management and recycling, institutions need to do more projects on this issue. In addition, the projects must not have a single purpose, serve different purposes and have a multiplier effect.
