Clint Leahr, President of Cleahr Results, an alumnus of Anthony Robbins (1997 JCI TOYP Honoree and world-class trainer and motivator) addressed “Design Your Life Now” at the Barcelona JCI Congress. Participants learned how to design their daily lives, get rid of the “To Do’s” and define their time for what is important to them. Leahr outlined achieving and maintaining maximum results and fulfillment in business and personal life. Leahr focused on the ideas and concepts used by top producers, covering Goal Setting (how to focus and get what you want), Beliefs (how your beliefs drive your behavior), and Actions (how action separates the doers from the talkers). Reginald Schaumans—Action-Oriented Communication ******************************************** Values-Centered Leadership, the JCI Academy and Action-Oriented Communication seminars were conducted by 1991 JCI President Reginald Schaumans, who has been working since 1985 with businesses, organizations, and Junior Chamber. During this period, he has conducted more than 1,000 seminars and workshops in Belgium, most European countries, and several Asian and South American countries. He is a banker by profession and a managing partner in both his banking business and R&G Coaching, his training company based in Itterbeek, Belgium. The mission of R&G Coaching is “To coach people and organizations to discover and realize their full potential by creating synergies between the objectives of the individual and the objectives of the organization.” As a strong believer in learning by doing and the adult learning experience, he has developed seminars in the field of leadership, management, motivation and empowerment. He coaches organizations and companies in the development of a vision and mission, and in long-term planning. Schaumans offered interactive seminars where participants learned more about the communication channels, internationality, persuading people, and the reframing their thoughts and words, to rally people behind them as more effective leaders.
