Courses by Junior Achievement Mascareignes revolve around three pillars: financial literacy, employability/work readiness and entrepreneurship. In line with SDG No 4 – Quality Education, we support this cause and firmly believe that there can be remarkable synergy between the team from JAM and that of our JCI members.
With our support, the courses from JAM can reach further audience in shorter time period. To make this happen from our side, our members have been prepared in terms of public speaking skills and other pedagogic skills.
A first course was conducted at MGR Leen Home at Rose Hill.
JCI Quatre Bornes is working in collaboration with Junior Achievement Mascareignes (JAM) for the lively kids of home MGR Leen at Rose Hill. The course contents were very light but had profound meanings, inculcating critical thinking in the participants. The course was followed with dinner with the kids.
The course was successfully run and got the participation of all the kids.
We believe that the objectives have been achieved.
Having the other Modules from Junior Achievement Mascareignes run in the next sessions.
