Redesigning Work

Are your Values aligned with your work? Following JCI?s partnership with Career Innovation (Ci) on their latest research study into flexible working arrangements (called ?Redesigning Work?), we are pleased to provide all our members with free access to the Personal Values tool that Ci has developed. The tool is designed to stimulate your thinking about how well your current job/role fits with your values. The Values tool is part of a wider suite of interactive career tools that Ci has developed for organisations to provide to their employees. The Ci career tools are designed to help individuals find more fulfilling work ? not just by changing jobs or companies, but also by taking a fresh approach to their current work that increases their satisfaction and contribution.
