For more than a decade, Marlen has worked at the intersection of leadership development, organizational performance, communication, and team effectiveness. Through her Academy, she supports companies, executives, and emerging leaders in strengthening leadership capabilities, navigating change, building high-performing teams, and turning personal development into tangible organizational results.

Her approach is captured in her philosophy “Diplomatic Leadership. Positive Impact.” It combines evidence-based leadership development with principles drawn from diplomacy: understanding different perspectives, navigating competing interests, building trust, communicating strategically, and creating solutions that people are willing to support.

Alongside her business career, Marlen has built extensive international leadership experience through Junior Chamber International (JCI). Since joining in 2013, she has served as State President of JCI Bavaria, National President of JCI Germany in 2022, and JCI Vice President for Europe in 2023. Today, she serves as Global Chairperson of JCI's Skills Development Commission, leading an international team dedicated to strengthening the quality and impact of leadership and trainer development worldwide. As a JCI Training Mentor, she also develops and mentors trainers across cultures and continents.

Marlen has further expanded her expertise into international diplomacy and sustainable development through studies with UNITAR and collaborations with organizations including the SDG Academy and the Ban Ki-moon Foundation for Global Citizens. These experiences bring a global and cross-sector perspective to her work with leaders in business and civil society.

Whether working with corporate leadership teams, mentoring international trainers, or designing global leadership programs, Marlen's focus remains consistent: developing leaders who can navigate complexity, bring people together, and turn leadership into positive impact.

A stronger emerging leader in three days

Develop your high-potentials. Measurable ROI, real behaviour change, and no internal academy to build.

The business need

Why companies invest

  • Leadership pipeline development
  • First-time manager readiness
  • Retention of high-potential employees
  • Stronger ownership and execution
  • Improved stakeholder and team leadership
  • International exposure without building an internal academy
